- Your $197 founding reservation is fully refundable at any time before Office Hours launches, for any reason.
- Send us one line - "refund please" - through the contact page, or reply to any email we have sent you.
- The full $197 goes back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- Your founding spot opens up for the next business, and your founding rate lock ends.
At launch
Your $197 automatically converts to your first two months of Office Hours at the founding rate. Nothing extra to pay until month three.
First 30 days after launch
Same deal as before launch: one message, full refund of anything you have paid, no questions asked. Your subscription ends and the founding rate lock ends with it.
After the first 30 days
Office Hours is month to month. No lock-in contract, no exit fees. Cancel any time and you will not be billed again; your access runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Past months are not refunded once used, except where Australian Consumer Law says otherwise.
How refunds arrive
Refunds are processed through Stripe back to the payment method you used. Banks usually show the money within 5-10 business days of us processing it.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees. If the service has a major problem, you are entitled to the remedies the law provides regardless of the timeframes above.
